The Role

Reporting to the Branch Manager and based in our Banyo, Brisbane office, you will be delivering exceptional sales and customer service as part of the Queensland team via proactive inbound and outbound hire/sales activity across Australia.

Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Inbound and outbound customer sale calls
  • Providing customers with appropriate solutions based on your product knowledge 
  • Preparing customer quotes
  • Undertaking follow-up calls with customers
  • Actively working toward KPI’s and targets

About You

What you will bring to this role:

  • Similar experience in a contact centre and/or high-volume call position
  • Experience in and passion for customer sales and service experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and embrace change
  • Live and breathe a ‘do every deal mentality’ with your ability to think on your feet and provide the very best customer solution
  • Excellent time management and ability to multi-task
  • Previous experience using CRM systems
  • A proactive, resilient and resourceful attitude
