The Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Human Resources team at Royal Wolf, a United Rentals company. The successful candidate will play an integral role in sourcing, attracting, hiring top talent, and creating a talent pipeline to support our business growth. This role will report to the Region Human Resources Director and be based in our Gordon Head Office.

Key Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to understanding staffing needs and develop effective, innovative recruitment strategies
  • Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels
  • Conduct thorough interviews alongside hiring managers to assess candidates’ skills and cultural fit
  • Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies
  • Contribute to employer branding and talent attraction initiatives

About you:

  • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven track record of sourcing candidates with a niche skillset in a highly competitive market
  • Customer first approach ensuring candidates have a positive experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Excellent time management skills and an ability to multitask
  • Certificate IV, Diploma or Degree in Human Resources
  • 3-5 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Experience with iCHRIS & Workday (Desirable)
