Branch Manager


The Role:

We are seeking a talented, self-driven Branch Sales Supervisor to lead our thriving West Gosford branch. Reporting to the District Manager, you will be an experienced new business hunter, with a strong client network and be accustomed to identifying, progressing, and closing opportunities. You will be required to further strengthen existing customer relationships and actively seek new customer business. 

Through your strong network and driven approach, you will possess an ability to think strategically, to work autonomously to deliver solutions that drive real business benefits. 

About You:

Success in this role will come from demonstrated experience within the industrial services, retail hire, logistics, or construction industries. You will possess a high level of commercial acumen, leadership experience and an eye for detail.

What you will bring to this role:

  • A safety first, zero harm cultural mindset.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a B2B/direct to market Business Development or Sales/Branch Management role.
  • Forklift licence or willingness to obtain one
  • A hire and sales-focused mindset and proven track record in a competitive market.
  • Broad commercial skills and financial management capability.
  • Demonstrated experiencing managing P&L.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills, you are naturally a communicator and enjoy engaging existing and new customers and fellow colleagues.
  • High level of organisation and time management skills.
  • Ability to implement, monitor & report on Key Performance Indicators (KPI's).
  • Ability to Work autonomously.
